Provide insurance information, and upload identification and relevant clinical images. This is a HIPPA compliant platform. 3. Your information will be reviewed. We will either make the diagnosis and provide treatment using the still images or if this is not possible we will contact them to set up a video visit or schedule an in-person visit after May 15. We will submit charges to your insurance and refund any appropriate payment. 4. We have access to a number of dermatology specialty pharmacies that will deliver medications.
