For the month of October 2012 we will enter the names all prior patients who have referred new patients seen in the office during that month or who provide us proof of 3 positive reviews on eligible online sites during that month in the raffle.

Rules:

1. Only current patients of Aglow Dermatology are eligible to participate
2. There will be a separate, additional drawing should an employee or family member of an Aglow Dermatology employee win
3. The new patient must be seen during the month of October and state who referred them
4. An additional ticket will be issued for each new patient referred and seen
5. Proof (i.e. links to the review) of positive reviews posted during the month of October on at least 3 of any of the following review sites will qualify for 1 ticket: Google, Yahoo, RealSelf, Yelp!, and Citysearch. We reserve the right to determine whether or not a review is eligible.
6. The drawing will take place November 2, 2012
